App works great! Gives you all account info needed. Very easy to navigate.
People saying this app doesnt let you make payments or view payment history obviously dont know how to use it. I downloaded it 10 minutes ago and Ive already made a payment and viewed my payment history. To those saying they cant log in, youre entering the wrong username/password/SSN. Try looking them up instead of writing a 1 star review, it might help.
I think the app works great! Id give it 6 stars if "Heather from Navient Department of Education" would pay my bill too lol!
App worked fine for me. I was able to make a payment, view my payment history and also received payment confirmation via email. 5 stars!!!!
Some bad moments
I thought it would be cool to have apps for all of my bills but this one crashes before Im even able to log in.
Just a wrapper for the website in Safari. Doesnt do anything more than the mobile site, no Touch ID for easy access. Unless you need an app instead of a bookmark, not currently recommended.
The app is just an embed of the mobile website. It has no features like Touch ID or pin quick access. Would be great if it did! Its a pain to keep needing to login with there security challenge too.
Developers who do this should be drawn and quartered... This is coming from a fellow developer. If youre going to the effort to make and submit a mobile app, make it worth it!
Its enough stress having to pay on student loans already. Sometimes I just want to log in and pay on my account without having to verify my device every time. Its not like Im using other devices to pay on my account only this one. Why so much security anyway? If someone wants to pay off my account I gladly welcome them to.
This app need to be redesigned because the UI is terrible. Once you open a pdf document theres no way to exit the screen unless you exit out the app and close it which doesnt make any sense. Navient, your developer need to do better! -1 star rating
